This is the Circle You Want to be a Part of #WhoDatWednesday

Collective of 3 artists opens for PNB Rock on Richmond, Virginia Tour Stop.

You only thought your circle was tight, cause’ you haven’t met Tight Circle. Developing in a small county known as Stafford, Virginia, a collective of 3 artists and their manager, have been working hard to break their way into the music industry. This collective of artists recently came into the opportunity to open for PNB Rock in Richmond Virginia in November.

Who is Tight Circle?

The collective includes three artists, KlutchPaxx, Minati, and Kemal. Each artist has their own style and flow, but the one thing that is the same is their bond. The birth of Tight Circle came in just mid 2019.

Following the show, we got to link up with the artists and ask them a few questions.

Being independent artists what do you find most challenging about getting exposure, and what type of strategy do you use to gain exposure?

Opening for PNB Rock is a big deal, how did you all come about this opportunity?

TC: Minati’s connection at The Clout Cloud (DMV’s top Hip Hop platform). They asked Minati to do his first show for the clout cloud, The Clout Cloud House Show, and opening for PNB Rock came after that.

Being independent artists what do you find most challenging about getting exposure, and what type of strategy do you use to gain exposure?

Social media and content. People take you seriously when they see you active. Even if it’s a small number of people it’s a real number of people. People are prideful online with social media. They like you but they won’t support you. Promoting is easy, getting people to actually support you is the biggest challenge.

As growing artists what do you do on stage to win over a crowd built of your target market, but likely has not heard your music?

Confidence if you don’t show fear you can get the crowd going. Crazy energy and confidence and you can get the crowd to go crazy.

The music of each of these artists can be found on all streaming platforms, and they have promised new music all year!
