What kind of artist is 3300+ looking for?

We are looking for a band/singer/rapper/etc. that is brand new. Specifically, an artist(s) that needs to be shaped and developed into their potential. We are looking for an artist(s) that needs help figuring out who they are. Bands with label experience, major touring successes, multiple albums, maybe too developed for what 3300+ is looking for. We are integrating the development of our act into Music Business course materials, and we are looking for a band who is open and willing to work with students in Winter Park, FL on their music. 
 

Are you accepting submissions of groups that are not singing in English?

Yes! Absolutely, the only thing that is required is that the group is able to communicate in English with our students. They also must be able to get to Winter Park, FL at least twice in a six month period.
 

When will the final selection be made?

Our final selection for our next artist is made at the end of every six months. From now until then the 3300+ team is collecting a list of viable musicians and talent to narrow down to a top 10 list. From there, students in or out of 3300+Climbing will make a decision and a final act will be chosen at the end of the round.
 

Is there a genre 3300+ is looking for?

Not at all! So long as they are all original songs, we're down for any genre!
 

How many artists will be selected? 

In our first run, we are going to focus on one act, but as this continues to grow we expect to carry more than one act at a time.
 

How long do we work with an artist?

We work with an artist for 6 months.
