3300 + Climbing, based in Winter Park, Florida, is a student-run artist development initiative. We are students of Full Sail University using our passion to help artists to develop professionally, elevating them to higher levels within their music careers. We choose an artist every 6 months, giving them access to professional-level tools,  skills, and knowledge, introducing the opportunity to leverage our knowledge and resources to drive their music and brand.

Our goal is to propel emerging artists into a professional music career.  By combining all of the professional resources we have at our fingertips, including production areas, live performance venues, industry experts, and business-minded students eager to make an impact in the music industry, we aim to develop these artists to the point where they can climb the charts to success in today's music industry.
