3300 + Climbing, based in Winter Park, Florida, is a student-run artist development initiative powered by passionate Full Sail University students. We believe that raw talent deserves the right environment to grow into something extraordinary. Our program focuses on guiding artists through both the creative and business sides of the music industry, ensuring they have the skills to succeed long-term. Everything we do is driven by a shared passion for music and a commitment to helping artists reach their highest potential.

 

Every six months, we select one artist to work with and give them access to a full suite of professional tools, resources, and mentorship. This includes hands-on guidance in music production, branding, marketing, and career strategy. Artists also gain valuable opportunities to collaborate with other creatives and expand their network within the industry. By the end of the program, they leave with the experience, portfolio, and connections needed to confidently take their next big step.

 

We combine our access to industry-standard production facilities, live performance venues, and experienced mentors to create a truly professional development experience. These resources are paired with the drive and creativity of business-minded students eager to make an impact. For the students, this initiative offers real-world, hands-on experience in artist management, event planning, production, marketing, and entrepreneurship. It’s an opportunity for them to apply classroom knowledge to real industry situations, building both their resumes and their confidence.

 

Our goal is to prepare artists to compete — and succeed — in today’s music industry. We do this by building a strong foundation in artistry and professionalism. Along the way, we aim to instill confidence, independence, and the knowledge needed to navigate the industry’s challenges.
