We at 3300 have been super busy working with and promoting our latest artist Nat’Lee. By now you should all know who she is, but if you haven’t checked her out yet, what are you waiting for? Nat’Lee and her guitarist Skarz have been slowly taking over Orlando, and we had another packed weekend with the duo focusing on a BalconyTV performance, and their show Friday night at Backbooth, in Downtown Orlando.
Friday afternoon, Nat’lee and Skarz performed an exclusive performance for online television site, BalconyTV. BalconyTV brings viewers exclusive segments from artists in the industry in a unique way. All segments are filmed on various balconies around the world. We were lucky enough to have Nat’Lee and Skarz featured from the balcony of World of Beer in Downtown Orlando. During the set, Nat’Lee performed songs from her latest EP, I Fu*king Love You, and the performance will be up on BalconyTV’s site soon. So keep an eye out for that!
Later that night, the show at Backbooth featured performances not only by Nat’lee, but also by 3300+Climbing past finalist, Lévie, and Orlando artists, Alyssa Harrison, and Julia McDonald. This was one of the first times that Nat”lee performed on a venue stage in Orlando, but she didn’t miss a beat. Being the season veteran she is, she worked the crowd in typical Nat’Lee fashion, and effortlessly connected with the full house at Backbooth. She wore her heart on her sleeve per usual and had the crowd eating out of the palm of her hand. While speaking to the crowd, in between songs, Nat’Lee proclaimed, “These next few songs coming up are going to get emotional. So don’t be afraid to take a sip, you might even find yourself calling your ex.” She of course was talking about her emotional ballad, “Fu*k The Sh*t.” Contrary to the name, the song is an emotional song about receiving the love you give back.

Along with Nat’Lee’s original songs, she performed her signature mash-ups, including Kanye West, Nelly Furtado, and TLC hits. Speaking of her mash-ups, Nat’Lee and Skarz just recorded a mash-up of Drake and Future’s “Scholarships” and “Jumpman” (check it out below on Souncloud). The show was nothing less of what we would expect from the charismatic Nat’Lee. And in true Nat’Lee fashion, after the show, she went up to everyone in attendance and spoke with them personally. It was another show full of laughter, hugs, and good vibes. We have been only working with her for a short period of time, but it is easy to see that history is being made with Nat’Lee.
We have some big things coming up with Nat’Lee and Skarz, and it’s only the beginning. The duo performed at the “Making It In The Latin Urban Music Industry” showcase at Full Sail on Monday afternoon, and have been recording some new material. Nat’Lee and Skarz also recently collaborated in the studio with electronic artist, Asadi, so stay tuned for more on that.
