Tiaundra Antoine is a rising R&B artist from Houston, Texas. Her dope remix to Chris Brown’s track “No Guidance,” has gotten waves of attention and was recently featured on Hollywood Unlocked. Tiaundra is more than just a female-empowering artist - she empowers her community through charity. She is a fighter of a rare eye condition known as Keratoconus and this year began her first annual charity event to support other fighters of the condition. During this event, Tiaundra created an atmosphere of love and strength that was completed through food and great music.
Currently she is forming an entirely new team consisting of a new manager, PR team, and choreographers. In the music industry, building a team is more like building a family.
Given the chance, I asked Tiaundra in the process of building her team, what was she looking for in the people who would be working with her.
She responded, “When building a new team, I’m looking for ambition. I understand no one is perfect and growing in our craft.” Tiaundra is a fighter and she is looking for fighters who won’t give up even when things get tough. Her mother, who sadly passed on, taught her “never give up on yourself no matter what life brings you” and continues to make her mark in the industry.
Tiaundra is more than a powerful R&B artist whose music embodies strength. She uses her platform to create strength in her community and most importantly amongst those fighting Keratoconus. This creative soul even opened up her video shoot for her “No Guidance” remix to her local community.
