Dancefair Announces Biggest Virtual Music Conference

2020 was shaken to the core with a number of catastrophic events including COVID-19. The pandemic has flipped the world and changed everything about people's everyday lives. With this, the music industry alone has seen an instant need to find new ways of compensating for the lack of ability to interact with fans in a live capacity. Artists have been performing in live streamed concerts via Instagram and Facebook... but what about the wave of music conferences that have been canceled or rescheduled for safety concerns due to the pandemic? Dancefair, launched in 2012, is a large-scale music conference held in the Netherlands uniting DJ's, songwriters, producers, and executives from across the board to learn new skills, gain insight, and network.

Founder and renowned DJ, Norman Soares, has come up with a solution for the inability to hold a live conference... Dancefair 2020 will become the biggest VIRTUAL music conference in the world and is set to occur on September 5th and 6th. Now with your phone either in your hand or on the charger, there is no excuse to not take advantage of the opportunity to hear from established professionals in an effort to expand your skillset.

The conference is free to attend by visiting the Dancefair webpage and signing up! It will be a weekend packed with over 150 masterclasses, chatrooms, the opportunity to receive feedback on music, and more! The expected attendance for the virtual event is to be between 50 and 75,000. The entire conference will be recorded and guess what? If you can't attend the conference virtually for 7,50 euros or about $8.74 you can watch the recorded sessions for an entire 60 days! Even though live interaction is seemingly not an option for much of anything, Dancefair is giving the public extensive access to free knowledge!

What are your thoughts? Will you be attending? Let us know what you think on our Social Media!
