During this year's transition to 'the new normal,' we have been experiencing employers and clients in the industry begin looking for people who rise above uncertainty and deliver no matter the precedents. Thankfully, the pioneers of these new ways, the ones who have been beating the odds, have started coming out, and we got a glimpse of them this last Friday, October 16th. 3300+Climbing crew hosted a panel of Alumni that shared their unique pandemic proof tips, techniques, and experiences they have had during these past months.
Representing the panel of Alumni were six members:
Daniela Gabrielle, the CEO of Faith Lane Corporation.
Isra Batista, the founder of River Beast Studios.
Ashley Lomax, a music touring professional.
Lilia Iza, a production and artist manager.
Sable Myers, the Assistant Production Manager of Divorce Court.
Fanny Harisch, production sound mixer and founder of Thera X Productions.
The panelists, with a plethora of talents, lead conversations that touched subjects such as:
How to deal with time management when work gets progressively harder
How people need to create a willing-to-learn mindset
How to maintain a positive outlook during these unprecedented times
Ways to rise above the competition while the majority is just waiting for the pandemic to end
The experience was a success and many of the students who assisted were able to create valuable connections that will make a difference in their futures. The atmosphere in the environment was of positivity and passion for the art they create. The willingness to succeed exuded by the panel of Alumni was present during this session, and it resonated with the students.
