I better be hearing lots of yes's through the computer, especially if you're a local Orlando artist or band! Taking place at The Rosen Centre Hotel Orlando, the 2-day Music Placement Conference offers incredible networking and career opportunities for filmmakers, producers, songwriters, publishers, attorneys, directors and music supervisors! If you fall under any of those categories, this conference is for you!
Friday's schedule will consist of networking, a music showcase and award show for all attendees to enjoy! Saturday will feature expert panels and workshops, covering important industry topics including, but not limited to, marketing & branding, copyright & royalties, distribution - even video game music placement! Plus, there will be even more opportunities to network on Saturday (have I emphasized how important that is in the industry yet?).Â
Don't worry if you haven't gotten your tickets yet. There's still plenty of time to snag some for you, your friends, your coworkers - even your grandmother if she's looking for some excitement! Students can use the code "STUDENT" for a special discount. Valid school ID is required. Tickets start at $25. That's only 3 hours of work at a minimum wage job! Isn't life great?
